Tropical Cyclone Trevor was named at 4am on the 18th of March, 300km east of Lockhart River. He hit us with intensity at 7pm on the 19th of March as a severe category 3 cyclone. Our community went through hours of destructive winds with peak gusts of 137km/hr.
At 5am the next morning, we stepped out of our homes to witness branches stripped bare and trees and foliage collapsed over our roads.
